The course was led by Dr. John Quelch, Dean of the Business School, as well as Karen Doyne, Crisis Expert from Burson-Marsteller. A variety of guest speakers from Chipotle and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines provided powerful insight into how they handle crisis management in their field. 21 participants gathered together from diverse industries and areas of expertise. From using best practices to going through case studies, to using a crisis management exercise simulator known as Pressure Point, the Burson-Marsteller and University of Miami collaboration was a huge success.
