Run to support migraine research.
Saturday, Dec. 10, at 8:30 a.m.
The University of Miami’s Headache Division invites ’Canes to participate in the second annual Miles for Migraine race. This family- and pet-friendly event will take place at Tropical Park in Miami. Participants can choose to complete a 2 mile walk, a 5K run, or a virtual race. Family and friends who want to participate without walking or running can opt for the relaxation activity. Explore the fundamentals of mindfulness.
Wednesdays at 4 p.m.
Offered virtually every Wednesday, participants explore the impact of mindfulness on individuals and in the community. The 45-minute session also offers guided meditations. Beginners are welcome. Sign up now.
