As a Miami Business School graduate with degrees in Entrepreneurship and Economics, Sonny has the fondest memories of being a 'Cane. The scholarship he received to attend the University of Miami allowed him to reach his goals. He is thankful for the generosity of others that allowed him to pursue his dreams in Miami.
To show his appreciation, Sonny has launched the Level Up Scholarship Fund on behalf of the Palta Family so that others can have the same opportunities he received. This fund will be awarded to deserving Miami Business School students who have demonstrated tenacity, grit and ambition and are the first in their family to attend college.
