Our GPS Team is here to support all incoming first-year and transfer students with their transition to the University of Miami in the fall.

I highly recommend that you reach out to the GPS Team and use them as a resource to help prepare you for your first semester at the U!

Who is the GPS Team?

The GPS Team, which stands for Guides to Parents and Students, is a peer-mentor group made up of accomplished undergraduate students. The team was created solely to support incoming students and their parents in completing their CaneLink Checklist items before starting at UM.

What can the GPS Team help me with?

The GPS Team can answer almost any question you may have! Below is a list of common question topics.
