Miami Law Graduates Maintain High Bar Pass Rate

University of Miami law graduates taking the February 2011 Bar Examinations across the nation achieved high pass rates well above average scores.

Recent Miami Law graduates who tested for the New York Bar had a 95 percent pass rate for first time test takers – 19 percentage points above the average score of 76.1 percent.

Equally impressive are the December 2010 Miami Law graduates who had a 90 percent pass rate in several jurisdictions throughout the nation.

This news follows previous results released in April, which showed a total of 86.8 percent of Miami Law graduates taking the Florida Bar Exam administered in February passed – placing the law school seven percentage points above the state pass rate for first time test takers.
