While at Miami Law, Tamara was involved with the Black Law Students Association, the Business Law Council and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. As a second-year law student she managed to work for the City Attorney for the City of Hialeah and intern for the Warrior's Boxing Promotions in Hollywood, FL where she drafted agreements between fighter, promoter and manager. She also assisted in building strong relationships with fighters and helped in developing fighters into reputable commodities.
After graduating, Toussaint became the Diversity and Program Coordinator at Miami Law. Now as an Atlanta, GA resident, Toussaint works as the Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator for Ford & Harrison LLP, a labor and employment law firm with eighteen offices.
