The board certified GrayRobinson attorney represents private and public sector employers in both labor and employment law matters. She has worked on federal and state employment issues, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, The Fair Labor Standards Act and public and private whistleblower statutes. She has also represented employers in matters before the National Labor Relations Board, the Public Employers Relations Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Division of Administrative Hearings.
Aside from her involvement with the JNC, Quintana is a member of The Florida Bar, Cuban American Bar Association, Latin Builders Association, Dade County Bar Association and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She was also recently named a "Florida Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyers magazine. She was also among the "Top 50 Women Lawyers of 2011." In 2010, Quintana was selected as a "Hispanic Woman of Distinction" by Latina Style Magazine.
Quintana received both her Juris Doctorate and undergraduate degree from the University of Miami.
