During law school, Todd was a member of the Black Lawyers Students Association and was Professor Marc Fajer's summer research assistant working on issues surrounding the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Starrett City case.

After law school, Todd moved to New York and passed the New York Bar exam. She continues to pursue her lifelong passion for art in painting and street photography.

"My law school education at Miami Law School helped me develop critical thinking skills when it came to addressing legal issues that artists often face, especially when it comes to copyright," Todd said. "I wrote an article about this on my blog called 'Artist Beware', that was very well received and widely circulated by artists throughout the Internet."

Although Todd has been shown in numerous group shows, Visions of New York is her first solo exhibition. Her online portfolio can be viewed on her website.
