8:00 a.m.- 8:20 a.m.: Monday Morning Meditation (A216B)
10:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: Free Chair Massages (Bricks)
12:30 p.m.-1:50 p.m.: Eat and Sleep, led by Scott Rogers (Bring lunch, or snacks provided, D201)
3 p.m.- 4 p.m.: Smoothie Give-Away (Bricks)
Tuesday, Oct. 2. Theme: Exercise
8:30 a.m.-10 a.m.: Tea Time on Tuesday Morning with Dean Stearns and Scott Rogers (Bricks)
12 p.m.-2 p.m.: Flu Shots (Bricks)
12:30 p.m.-1:50 p.m.: Fitness Presentation and Krav Maga Self-Defense Demonstration by Professor Mary Anne Franks (lunch provided, Student Lounge)
