Miami Law Hosts 38th Annual Ralph E. Boyer Institute Condominium and Cluster Developments

Miami Law and the Robert Traurig-Greenberg Traurig LL.M. in Real Property Development Program will present the 38th Annual Ralph E. Boyer Institute Condominium and Cluster Developments at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton kicking off on Thursday, October 17.

The two-day Institute focuses on the latest updates on condominium and planned development law. At the Institute, leading developer and association counsel will also explore in detail particular topics of current interest such as the latest condo and HOA statutory changes. The Institute will also focus on association hot topics such as lender vs. association priority lien battles, association borrowing, prescription pets, director liability, Senior State Condo Regulators update, and latest policies. Additional developer hot topics will be terminations, ILSA and Bulk Buyer/ Lender Liability.

The Boca Raton Resort & Club is located at 501 El Camino Real, Boca Raton, Florida. The program has been approved for 18.5 Florida Bar CLE Credits, including 1 credit in Ethics.
