Professor Michele DeStefano was the keynote speaker at the Florida Bar's Vision 2016 Commission. The Commission looks at the current impact, and long-term challenges, that the legal profession will face. Professor DeStefano is the founder and co-creator of LawWithoutWalls, which aims at developing innovations in the education of future lawyers and the practice of law. She teaches civil procedure, professional responsibility, a course on law, technology, and innovation, and a virtual class called Compliance E-lliance. Her scholarship focuses on the growing intersections between law and business and legal entrepreneurship.
