Professor Jan Paulsson recently participated in the Judicial Dialogue in the Middle East in Bahrain. The dialogue regarding the application of the 1958 New York Convention was hosted by The International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) in collaboration with the Bahrain Chamber of Dispute Resolution, and organized by Nassib Ziade and Marike Paulsson. Professor Jan Paulsson holds the Michael Klein Distinguished Scholar Chair at Miami Law. Professor Paulsson has participated as counsel or arbitrator in over 700 arbitrations in Europe, Asia, the United States and Africa. He has also acted before a great variety of international tribunals, including the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
