The series delves into mindfulness as a form of stress reduction; how the development of focus and concentration is associated with a variety of other professionally relevant skills, such as the ability to regulate motions during challenging periods of high stress; learn ways to integrate this practice into a busy workday, as well as discussions of how the practice relates to professional lives as attorneys, drawing on real life experiences and challenges.
