Professor Markus Wagner was invited to give a presentation at an interdisciplinary seminar with academics and former arbitrators at the Institute for European Integration at the Europa-Kolleg in Hamburg / Germany, where he is a Fellow this summer. His talk was entitledInvestor State Dispute Settlement in the Context of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) and analyzed the current discussions surrounding TTIP and potential avenues for reform of the current system of investment arbitration. Professor Wagner teaches and writes in the areas of international law, constitutional law and comparative law.
