Professor Andres Sawicki Presents at Law and Entrepreneurial Action Conference

Associate Professor Andres Sawicki presented “Patent Assignments as Creativity Rewards” at the Law and Entrepreneurial Action conference, hosted by BYU Law School. The project explores the impact that invention assignment agreements have on employee creativity and entrepreneurial opportunities. It will be a chapter in the forthcoming book Law and Entrepreneurial Action, to be published by Cambridge University Press in 2017. Professor Sawicki researches and teaches in the area of intellectual property. His research explores the impact of intellectual property law on creativity in the arts and sciences.
