Professor Felix Mormann Presents Paper on State Climate Policy at GW University Law School

Professor Felix Mormann participated in the Shapiro Environmental Law Symposium at George Washington University Law School. Following an invitation from GW’s Environmental and Energy Law Program, Professor Mormann joined leading scholars and practitioners to discuss the electricity mix of the future. He presented work in progress on constitutional challenges and regulatory opportunities for state climate policy innovation. Professor Mormann’s scholarship explores the financial, regulatory and policy challenges along the path to an environmentally and economically sustainable energy future. He teaches in the areas of contracts, environmental law, energy law, and climate change. Professor Mormann is Faculty Fellow at Stanford University’s Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance.
