The Wall Street Journal published a debate with Professor A. Michael Froomkin, founder of the We Robots conference, on the privacy rights of property owners and where drones should be allowed to fly. In an online poll, 82% of readers agreed with Froomkin.

The New York Times quoted Professor Mary Anne Franks on Peter Thiel’s bankrolling of Hulk Hogan’s case against Gawker. “If you really do have concerns about the merits of this case, finding out who bankrolled it doesn’t really help you at all,” Franks said.

The Waco Tribune Opinion Editor Bill Whitaker quoted Professor Tamara Rice Lave and the University of Miami Law Review in his column on Baylor University’s handling of sexual assaults by football players.

The Economist quoted Professor Keith Rosenn in an article on Brazilians’ tolerance for rule-bending and short-cutting.

The South Florida Times published an opinion piece written by Professor Donald Jones on the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to invalidate the conviction of a black man by an all-white jury.
