Professor Andrew Dawson recently published an article “Beyond the Great Divide: Federalism Concerns in Municipal Insolvency” in the Harvard Law & Policy Review. Professor Dawson has focused the intersection of federal bankruptcy and labor laws, both in the corporate and municipal bankruptcy context. He teaches Contracts, Commercial Law: Secured Transactions, Bankruptcy, and Advanced Topics in Bankruptcy. He was recently named as Spring 2017 American Bankruptcy Institute Resident Scholar.
