Professor Zanita Fenton recently published an article “Disarming State Action; Discharging State Responsibility” in the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. Professor Fenton teaches courses in Family Law, Torts, Race and the Law, Constitutional Law, and seminars on Critical Race Feminism and Women and the Law Stories.
