Professor A. Michael Froomkin Presents Papers at the Yale Workshop on Law and Policy of AI, Robotics & Telemedicine

Michael Froomkin, the Laurie Silvers and Mitchell Rubenstein Distinguished Professor of Law, recently presented two papers – “Big Data: Destroyer of Informed Consent” and “Organizing the Federal Government’s Regulation of AI” -- at the Yale Workshop on The Law and Policy of AI, Robotics & Telemedicine. Professor Froomkin is the founder and editor-in-chief of JOTWELL: The Journal of Things We Like (Lots), an online law journal that publishes reviews of the best new scholarship relating to law. He is also the founder of the We Robot conference on legal and policy issues relating to robotics. He currently teaches Administrative Law, Torts, and a short course in Robot Law and Privacy.
