The two-day event, co-hosted by the School of Law, will feature over 15 expert training sessions and practical workshops on contract drafting and negotiating skills presented by some of the most well-known transactional attorneys and contracts experts from around the country.
“Developing skills in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts has been overlooked in most law school curriculums. With our new Transactional Skills Concentration launching this year at the law school, we felt UM would be the perfect venue for ContractsCon 2023,” said Marcia Narine Weldon, director of the program.
Several adjunct professors and students from Miami Law’s Transactional Skills Program will be participating in ContractsCon, along with over 400 attorneys from across the globe who will attend the training event in person and online.
