Marni Lennon, Assistant Dean for Public Interest & Pro Bono and Director of the HOPE Public Interest Resource Center, recently participated in the Whitely Women’s Leadership Symposium at the University of Miami. Lennon led a workshop which empowered attendees to convert their passions into a purpose. Students were able to determine their next steps through dialogue and reflection.
Lennon has taught and worked at Miami Law for 26 years, serving for the last thirteen years as the Assistant Dean for Public Interest and Pro Bono. She teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution, ADR Design Systems, Mediation and Social Justice Lawyering, and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. She has served in numerous leadership roles for the Student Services Section and the Pro Bono Section of the AALS.
She currently serves on the Board of Southern Legal Counsel and the Board of CETLA, as well as on the Dean’s Circle for the Squire Patton Boggs Foundation.
