The new season promises to tackle current events, including major issues surrounding the burgeoning use of artificial intelligence, constitutional debates regarding homelessness, and the rapidly changing antitrust landscape.
The season premiere features criminal law expert and director of the School of Law Innocence Clinic, Craig Trocino, joined by Christopher Fabricant, a leading expert in the field of forensic science and science litigation.
Later in the season, Charles Jalloh, the Richard A. Hausler Chair in Law and expert in international law, will weigh in on U.S. accusations that a Sudanese paramilitary group is committing genocide in Africa's largest war.
Law and technology scholar and director of the School of Law's AI Lab, Or Cohen-Sasson, will join the show to dive into the impact of AI on business, government, and legal education.
The show has garnered over 57,600 downloads from an audience that includes international listeners from places like Japan and Germany, reflecting its popularity and engaging content.
