Miami Herbert Business School Hosts the Inaugural "Future of Everything" Conference

Miami Herbert Business School welcomed more than 60 heads of America’s leading family businesses and family offices for the inaugural "Future of Everything" summit. The two-day, invitation-only conference was conceived by Senior Lecturer of Entrepreneurship Programs Michael Wilson.

University of Miami Board of Trustees chair Hilarie Bass opened the conference, which featured keynote presentations by Atomic Machines co-founder Jeff Holden on the Future of Transportation, Nanotronics CEO Matthew Putnam on The Future of Manufacturing and Tezos founder Arthur Breitman on The Future of Money.

A panel on the Future of Family Business featured UM Trustee Paul DiMare, as well as Miami Herbert alumnus Jeff Brown, president of NFI Industries. The summit concluded with a panel on the Future of the University moderated by Miami Herbert Dean John Quelch with President Julio Frenk and Singularity University co-founder Salim Ismail.
