In a competitive job market where even graduates from elite business schools face mounting placement challenges, the University of Miami Patti and Allan Herbert Business School has set a new benchmark for placement success.

According to the 2025 Financial Times Global M.B.A. Ranking, Miami Herbert has achieved a 97% job placement rate within three months of graduation—tied for No. 1 in the United States.

This achievement underscores Miami Herbert’s commitment to equipping students with the competencies, alumni network, and professional skills necessary to thrive in today’s business landscape.

Miami Herbert’s formula for career excellence is no secret—industry-leading career services, powerful networking opportunities, and a hands-on learning approach that ensures students are ready to hit the ground running on Day 1.

“We are immensely proud of this milestone, which reflects the strength of our M.B.A. program and the outstanding career readiness of our graduates,” said Dean Paul A. Pavlou. “At a time when many business schools are struggling with declining placement rates, Miami Herbert stands out as a leader in career success.”

In addition to its stellar placement rates, Miami Herbert has climbed to its highest-ever position in the Financial Times Global M.B.A. Ranking—No. 41 in the U.S., a seven-spot jump since the previous ranking. This significant rise reflects the school’s ongoing dedication to academic excellence, innovative programming, and student success.

And the momentum isn’t stopping there. As part of its 2025-2029 Strategic Plan, Miami Herbert is setting its sights on breaking into the Top 20 business schools in the nation.

With reports from  Poets & Quants and The Economist  highlighting the challenges M.B.A. graduates from elite institutions face secure job placements, Miami Herbert’s 97% placement rate tells a different story—one of opportunity, preparedness, and real-world impact.

“Our success is a testament to our exceptional faculty, dedicated career success team, and the unwavering drive of our students,” Pavlou added. “We are not just transforming future business leaders—we are ensuring they thrive from day one. At Miami Herbert, we believe that the M.B.A. is not just a degree—it is a launchpad for lifelong career success.”
