The first week of the New Year 2016 also marks the return of our students to campus, with orientations for all degree programs taking place throughout the school. The hustle and bustle that typifies the beginning of every academic period is amplified this semester by the sounds of construction on our school grounds, as the School of Nursing and Health Studies’ long-awaited Simulation Hospital becomes a reality.
The Simulation Hospital is the largest undertaking in the school’s 67-year history. It will redefine excellence in healthcare education through simulation, and every student who arrives on campus in spring 2016 will be able to say that they witnessed the creation of this historic facility at their alma mater.
