“It is a great pleasure to see all faculty and staff and friends of the college here,” said Leonidas Bachas, dean of the college, in his opening remarks. “It is a time where we celebrate the achievements of our faculty and our staff. In addition to that, we recognize the people in the college who have spent a number of years here. Some of them have been here for more than 50 yearsa lot of service to the college.”

Bachas also took the opportunity to commend staff for their work over the past year. “I would like to thank the staff because without their dedication and professionalism, we wouldn’t be able to run the college and we wouldn’t be able to run the departments,” he said.
