Dr. Wes Smith, from the School of Education and Human Development (SEHD) at the University of Miami recently presented to our Board of Trustees, His talk was about how the innovative work being done at the SEHD is combing education, research, service, and innovation in a unified way. For example, our exercise physiology program is helping to reshape the future of healthcare by applying physiology, nutrition, and counseling though the state-of-the-art technology and science.
