Frost School of Music students organize “Japan Relief” benefit concert
In response to the recent tragedy in Japan, Frost School of Music students Corey Klein and Phoebe Lai have organized a benefit concert for disaster relief efforts.

The concert will feature musicians from the University of Miami Frost School of Music, Lynn University, and the New World Symphony. The program will feature Bach's 2nd Cello Suite, Brahms’s horn trio, several piano showpieces, and Boehme's Brass sextet.

The event will be sponsored by the Steinway Piano Gallery, the UPS store in Coconut Grove and a reception following the concert is sponsored and catered by Matsuri's Japanese Restaurant. The Salvation Army will be the recipient of the benefit funds.

The event will be held at Plymouth Congregational Church; Davis Hall at 8pm.

Donations can be made by credit card, check, or cash.
