Meet Dr. Mike Rossetti

Dr. Rossetti earned his Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University, specializing in skeletal muscle physiology. His professional journey spans positions in strength and conditioning at the University of North Carolina and University of Tennessee, with prior teaching at East Stroudsburg University. His research focuses on skeletal muscle physiology, testosterone, and human performance, informed by his experience in both academia and athletic training. Dr. Rossetti teaches several courses, including "Foundations of Exercise Programming" and "Neuromuscular Basis for Training."
