Register to attend a webinar—offered by the University’s Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP)—on Tuesday, Aug. 25, at 12 p.m. or 6 p.m. Additionally, as a benefit to faculty and staff members, licensed behavioral health professionals from the FSAP are now offering virtual group check-ins—stand-alone meetings conducted at the request of team leaders who wish to extend this type of help to their members. Attend the Faculty Senate meeting.

Attend a Q&A session to learn about the University’s new sexual misconduct policy.
Multiple dates, beginning Aug. 27.
The University’s Sexual Misconduct and Sex- or Gender-Based Discrimination policy has been updated based on the U.S. Department of Education’s new regulations on how colleges and universities must process allegations of sexual harassment. The University’s Title IX Office team will host one-hour, virtual question-and-answer sessions to discuss the law, updated policy, and its impact on the University community. Faculty and staff members can register to attend the session on Thursday, Aug. 27, at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., respectively. Connect with student curators at the Lowe. 
Thursday, Aug. 27, at 5:30 p.m.
As part of the “Lowe Connects” series, the museum will host a virtual discussion with the student curators of ArtLab @ the Lowe: 11 Intervisual Cubans, an online exhibit. Attendees will hear from Lillian Manzor, associate professor of Modern Languages and Literatures and founding director of the Cuban Theater Digital Archive, and the students about their experiences as participants in the curatorial studies seminar during the Spring 2020 semester.
