If you’re dining on the Coral Gables Campus, be sure to check the UM Dining site, where hours of operation are always listed. During summer, there are closures and shortened hours at many of the retail spots and residential dining halls.
Watch classic and modern films at the Bill Cosford Cinema.
Sundays at 1 p.m., June 2 through Aug. 11.
Selected films will explore different facets of culture, race, humor, history, and the art of filmmaking. Tickets are $5 per screening. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through Nov. 30. Save money while getting ready by taking advantage of the Florida tax holiday program.
