Annual TALK staff performance evaluations for FY2018 are now available in Workday. The evaluation process, which runs through May 1, 2018, includes performance ratings that supervisors will use to assist in the FY2019 merit award process.
Performance evaluations provide an opportunity for supervisors to meet with their direct reports to review accomplishments and overall performance, and begin discussions around goals for next fiscal year.
