University Names Interim Title IX Coordinator
Beverly Pruitt, Assistant Vice President, has been named Interim Title IX Coordinator effective September 4. She is assuming the responsibilities of Bonnie Muschett, who has served as the University's Title IX Coordinator for the past 18 months. The University extends its gratitude to Bonnie for her service and dedication to the U. A national search has been launched to fill the role. Learn more about Title IX. State of the U Registration Open
Register today to join President Julio Frenk on Monday, Sept. 17, at the first State of University town hall meeting. The event is sure to engage each member of the UM community as we celebrate our progress and reflect on the University’s path toward our 2025 centennial. Farmers Market Opens: September 5
We’ve been waiting all summer for the return of Well ’Canes Farmers Market on the Coral Gables campus. Starting Wednesday, Sept. 5, you can expect to see vendors set up with fresh fruit, organic snacks, and lunch options for even the most selective palate.
