New Event Management System for the SCC

Students, faculty, and staff: A new way to reserve space and plan your event at the Student Center Complex has arrived.

The new Event Management System (EMS) is open for students, faculty, and staff who are interested in scheduling events at the Student Center Complex (SCC) on the Coral Gables campus.  EMS is a cloud-based event management system that enables users to reserve SCC spaces, including the Shalala Student Center, Whitten University Center, Foote Green, Rock Plaza and Lakeside Patio Stage.

The system also offers a mobile platform that and includes special features to assist with details related to guest attendance, event management, and reporting.
