WHAT: As an I am the U volunteer, you will experience I am the U as a participant where you will have the opportunity to experience what new hires undergo on their first day as well as provide feedback to our facilitators in training. This is a very important step in their development journey to becoming a U Facilitator!
WHEN and WHERE: Pilot sessions begin Nov. 1, and there are a total of six sessions between Nov. and Jan. 2019. All sessions are held at the McKnight Building on the Coral Gables campus.
WHO: U Facilitators are volunteers who help to welcome new employees across all campuses twice a week through I am the U— the University-wide employee orientation program. After undergoing several months of auditions and training, they are eager to use their newly learned skills and facilitate their first I am the U session in front of a live audience: you!
