What you need to know about your 2019 benefits

A new benefits plan year means updates to some of your benefits, along with new insurance cards, which are mailed to members from the provider. Here’s what you need to know
What you need to know about your 2019 benefits

Aetna.
New cards will be sent to all Aetna medical plan participants this year. New deductibles begin on Jan. 1 as follows: Select 1 ($200 individual), Select 2 ($300 individual), and HRA ($1500 individual). Note that emergency room and urgent care copays will change in 2019 as well. Visit aetna.com or the Aetna app to download your ID card, track your deductible, view your claim, and more.

Dental plans.
New participants to Cigna DHMO or Delta Dental PPO will receive an ID card. Visit cigna.com/dental or deltadentalins.com to download a copy.

WageWorks health care (FSA reimbursement).
Cards will be sent to new participants and to existing members whose cards have expired. The expiration date (generally a three-year cycle) is indicated on all cards. Note that the card always pulls the oldest funds first, so the card will pull from any remaining 2018 funds before pulling new 2019 funds. Visit wageworks.com or download EZReceipts, the WageWorks app, to manage your account, file claims, upload receipts, and more.

WageWorks health care (HRA funds).
Cards will be sent to new participants and to existing members whose cards have expired. The expiration date (generally a three-year cycle) is indicated on all cards. If you’re enrolled in both HRA and FSA, note that the card always pulls HRA funds provided by UM before pulling any FSA funds. Visit wageworks.com or download EZReceipts, the WageWorks app, to manage your account, file claims, upload receipts, and more.
