Buying your first home can be both an exciting and intimidating process. Take advantage of an upcoming lunchtime seminar to acquaint yourself with the essentials, including how to qualify and shop for a mortgage, and find valuable tools and resources that will help you figure out your next steps. UM employees can register to attend a session, which is facilitated by a Faculty Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) consultant. Employees enrolled in UM’s Well ’Canes program can earn Pure Wellness points by attending this session. Learn more about FSAP by reading the latest newsletter.
