Open enrollment ends Friday

Have your reviewed your benefits plan?
If you haven't already done so, enroll in or make changes to your 2020 medical, dental, short-term disability, and flexible spending account (FSA) benefits by Friday, Nov. 1, 2019. View the 2020 Open Enrollment Guide.

Four easy steps to review or make changes to your benefits
If you’re happy with your medical, dental, and voluntary benefit elections, there’s nothing you need to do. All elections will roll over to 2020, with the exception of flexible spending account (FSA) elections.

If you'd like to enroll in an FSA, or make other changes to existing benefits, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit Workday, click on the “2020 Open Enrollment” banner under announcements or select the task “Open Enrollment Change” in your Inbox.
  2. Current benefit elections will appear on each screen. Make the changes as needed to each screen, then click CONTINUE. If no changes are needed on the screen, click CONTINUE.
  3. If enrolling in a UM/Aetna medical plan for the first time, click ELECT on the Smoker Surcharge screen (even if a non-smoker), and select COVERAGE (number of covered smokers from 0-2).
  4. Click SUBMIT.
