Learn to be a better leader
Register by Wednesday, Dec. 11
University leaders can take the next step in their career development by participating in the Essentials of Leadership (EOL) program. Since its inception in 2014, more than 700 University staff have successfully graduated from EOL, which is designed to advance a leader's development through interactive modules, leadership discussions, individual assessments, experiential learning activities, networking, and coaching. Take your career to the next level by learning essential skills, including change management, developing high-performing teams, and how to coach and delegate to deliver optimal results. Supervisors can submit applications on their team member’s behalf for the next series, which starts in January 2020. Learn more.
