Leap into well-being
Multiple events throughout February
Well-being is the ability to address normal stresses, work productively, and realize a high potential. Starting Feb. 1, the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program kicks off a 29-day challenge with daily activities and several seminars. Covering four themes—including self-care, gratitude, resilience, and social connectedness—this challenge is meant to encourage participants to engage in healthier choices while sparking an interest in simple actions that can lead to changes in lifestyle. Employees enrolled in the Well ’Canes incentives program can earn points by attending the seminars offered—including the first session on self-care—to discover simple self-care strategies and assess what areas need further development.
