The culture of belonging at the University of Miami does not thrive without the support and embodiment of each member of our community. Throughout Black History Month, faculty, staff, and students have united to celebrate aspects of diversity that propel our collective successes. From the clinicians who provide preeminent patient care to the faculty and staff who support students and daily business operations, there is an inherent need to build upon our aspirations to become a place where everyone feels valued and has the opportunity to add value.
Despite our different roles, locations, and tenures, employees at the University are working together at each of our three campuses and numerous satellite locations to elevate diverse perspectives, ultimately making a positive impact on the world around us.
