I am the senior manager of Business Operations for the Revenue Cycle at UHealth.

What were some highlights of your time as a student and employee?
As a student and employee, my greatest highlight was to meet and work with top University of Miami professors and leaders. Their leadership principles impact me on a daily basis, and I am grateful to have been in the company of such brilliant individuals.
What is a favorite UM memory?
My favorite memory was during commencement in 2016 when my 4-year-old son cheered for me as I crossed the stage to receive my bachelor’s degree.
Please share any advice that you might have for employees looking to go back to school.
Take advantage of this amazing benefit. As University employees, we have access to one of the nation’s top academic institutions.
The M.S. in Leadership program has enhanced and developed my leadership abilities in ways I never thought possible. I’ve learned to lead with courage and conviction through challenging times. It has increased my ability to work effectively with others and has given me the tools to continue growing with leadership capabilities long after the end of the program. The program emphasized enriching interpersonal relationships to foster respect, empowerment, and trust, ultimately establishing lifelong relationships with a community of peers at a similar stage in their journey.
I am very grateful for the time I have spent with the great professors at the Herbert Business School. Their passion for transferring their experience and knowledge to us can be felt during each lecture and class session, whether it was on campus or remote. My amazing classmates have been extremely supportive throughout this journey. We have all grown close throughout the program, supporting each other through the tough times and celebrating together in our triumphs.
