Apply for the U-LINK Social Equity Challenge funding opportunity.
Deadline to apply is Wednesday, July 15.
As a result of the recent violence and injustice at the forefront of our national consciousness, University faculty members have an opportunity to apply for a special rapid U-LINK grant. This call for applications is aimed at catalyzing interdisciplinary collaboration to advance understanding of individual, institutional, and/or structural oppression, and associated impact on multiple outcomes of interest—which may include health, educational achievement, income inequality, reimagined practices in the criminal legal system, and public policy. Interested faculty members will be able to attend an online mixer to connect and meet with potential collaborators. For questions about the U-LINK funding opportunity, contact Erin Kobetz at ekobetz@med.miami.edu; or contact Eva Olivares eolivares@med.miami.edu regarding the InfoReady system application.
