School’s officially out in South Florida. And, for many University employees with children that means keeping them busy with summer camps and other activities. As life in Miami-Dade and Broward counties slowly returns to normal, some programs are running as usual—with new rules and restrictions in place—while other popular summer camps have decided to operate virtually. Many of your favorites regularly offered at the U, such as the Summer Scholars Program and the Frost School of Music’s Young Musician’s Summer camp, have opted for a virtual platform as a way to encourage physical distancing.
Life@TheU rounded up details on some of the in-person and virtual summer camps available throughout South Florida. Visit the following links to learn what you need to know if you’re thinking of enrolling your children. This is not a complete list, because there are many options available.
