Summer parking updates for the Coral Gables Campus.
Now through August.
With the exception of the purple zone, parking zone color restrictions are lifted for the summer and will be reinstated at the start of fall classes on Monday, Aug. 23. A parking permit is still required to park on campus. Nights and weekend permits are still valid only after 4 p.m. on a weekday and any time on the weekend. Additionally, the Mahoney-Pearson and Merrick garages will close at 7 a.m. on Monday, May 17, and reopen at 7 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 16. During this time there will be no access to the Mahoney-Pearson garage, but the Merrick garage is accessible throughout the summer via the Pavia garage. Also, the ’Hurry Canes Shuttle will have less buses during the summer. Review the campus shuttle summer schedule through August 20. Manage your email inbox with the junk and quarantine filters.
Now.
The University’s Microsoft Office 365 setup uses two types of filters to protect you from potentially dangerous emails: the junk and quarantine filters. The junk filter isolates suspected spam email and holds them in a folder in your inbox. Messages that have been quarantined are prevented from going to your inbox and may be reviewed at miami.edu/quarantine. However, you may elect to have a daily digest of quarantined messages sent to your inbox at miami.edu/spamdigest. Learn more about advanced email spam protection.
