In keeping with last year’s protocols, all students and faculty and staff members on all campuses will be required to receive the seasonal flu vaccine this fall. Flu shots are currently available by appointment at multiple locations on and off campus, and we’re sharing details on when and where you can receive your vaccine before the compliance deadline.
Flu vaccinations received at alternative off-campus locations and requests for exemptions must be reported through Workday (faculty and staff) or the Student Health portal (students).

The University has increased capacity to provide flu shots. Call for an appointment or to arrange for your department to be visited by members from the Employee Health Office. There are no scheduled health fairs.

To receive a flu vaccination from the Employee Health Office, faculty and staff members are able to schedule appointments at several places on the Medical and Coral Gables campuses. Throughout September, Walgreens will offer free flu vaccines, on all campuses, to faculty and staff members by appointment only. Schedule an appointment prior to visiting a location during the hours listed below. Remember to bring your University-issued employee ID or ’Cane Card and have your "C" number handy. Prepare for your Walgreens on-campus appointment by filling out this form ahead of time, and remember to upload your flu attestation in Workday after visiting Walgreens.
