Faculty and staff members enrolled in the University’s Aetna medical plan—as primary policy holders—are eligible to participate in the Well 'Canes Incentive Program and can earn up to $300 annually.
What is changing in 2022?
Regardless of past participation, everyone must create a new account, with the miami.edu email listed in Workday, to earn points and incentives. The process for earning and tracking points, as well as receiving your incentive, is the same.
How do I register?
- Visit cernerwellness.com and click “Sign Up.”
- Enter your miami.edu email address and click “Submit.”
- Enter the activation code sent to the email address you provided, then click “Submit.”
- Enter your date of birth in this format, MM/DD/YYYY, then click “Continue.”
- Fill in all fields on the “Create an Account” page, then click “Create Account.”
- Agree to the “Terms of Use” to complete your registration.
How do I find my miami.edu Workday email?
- Log into Workday.
- From the Workday home page, click the “Personal Information Worklet” under applications.
- Under “View,” click “Email Addresses.”
- Your University email address is listed under work contact information.
How can I earn up to $300 in incentives?
Eligible faculty and staff members must be enrolled in the University’s Aetna medical plan, as the primary policy holder, and must:
- Register with your miami.edu email address through the Cerner Wellness portal.
- Complete the Wellness Assessment and immediately earn 250 points.
- Participate in eligible activities listed on the Well 'Canes Incentive Program Guide to earn points.
