Because of the current surge in COVID-19 cases, the UHealth Fitness and Wellness Center has paused all in-person group exercise classes, including group Reformer Pilates. Virtual group exercise classes are currently available to members and non-members. Members can log in to find additional information. Additionally, participate on Wednesdays at 12:15 p.m. in a virtual Stand and Stretch session, which encourages attendees to take a 10-minute break at home or at work to stretch. Beginning Jan. 24, UDisclose—the University's disclosure system that focuses on research—will be upgraded to a University-wide system that enables review of disclosures and management of conflicts throughout the institution. The expansion of UDisclose will continue to enhance the University’s commitment to act responsibly and transparently in all interactions, both domestically and abroad, and to maintain and protect our established ethical and trustworthy environment and reputation with internal and external stakeholders.
