The Patti and Allan Herbert Wellness Center is offering all University employees who are not already members complimentary access to the facility for four weeks, but only during select hours. The trial membership is available now through Friday, April 8.
Employees can visit the Wellness Center on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to noon; and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to noon. Located on the Coral Gables Campus, employees can take advantage of this opportunity to use the facility’s amenities, including the weight and cardio machines, group exercise and yoga classes, indoor pool, basketball courts, and locker room and showers.
